PROFESSIONAL SERVICES POLICY
1. STANDARD OF MUTUAL PROFESSIONALISM
All services are provided under a commitment to mutual professional respect (The Izzy Nova Doctrine).
Professional Conduct: Both parties agree to communicate with professional courtesy. Conduct that is harassing, discriminatory, or fundamentally unprofessional constitutes a material breach and will result in the immediate termination of services.
Professional Boundaries: Services are strictly limited to the deliverables in the scope of work. Engagement that routinely involves personal discourse or non-business topics that interfere with project efficiency may result in a review of the engagement's viability.
Termination for Cause: I reserve the right to dissolve the client relationship immediately, without a "cure period" or warning, if the professional environment becomes incompatible with these standards.
2. COMMITMENT OF RESOURCES
My expertise and time are dedicated, non-renewable resources.
Retainers & Deposits: Project deposits secure a specific window on my calendar. All deposits are non-refundable and represent a commitment of time that cannot be reallocated once the engagement begins.
Punctuality: Scheduled sessions are billed from the agreed-upon start time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the start time will be considered a forfeiture of the session, and the full fee will apply.
3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
To ensure the efficient management of the production queue, a unified 48-hour cutoff is enforced.
Notice Requirements: Notice for rescheduling or cancellation must be provided in writing (Email, SMS, Signal, Zoom chat, or IG DM) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Inside 48 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited. The full session fee will be charged, and no credit will be applied to future dates.
Non-Participation (No-Show): Failure to attend a scheduled session or provide the necessary materials to proceed constitutes a "No-Show." No-shows are billed at the full session fee.
4. TERMINATION HANDOFF
In the event of termination, the following protocol ensures a professional transition:
Earned Fees: All fees paid to date are non-refundable. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the time of termination.
Asset Handoff: Upon full payment of outstanding invoices, I will deliver completed work product and client-owned assets within 14 days.
Access Revocation: I will revoke client access to Consultant-owned tools and remove my own access from client-owned accounts within 14 days of termination.
No Ongoing Support: No maintenance, hosting, or support obligations survive termination.
5. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation, followed by professional mediation, before any legal action is taken.
By booking a session or paying a deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
