Cancellation Policy

As a sole proprietor providing digital strategy, art advisory, and studio management services via Zoom meetings, I value your time and appreciate your choice to work with me. In order to ensure that I can provide the best service to all my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy.

  1. Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the slot to another client. If you have a standing weekly appointment, this rule may not apply.

  1. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $60 will be charged for cancellations that do not adhere to the 48-hour notice period. This fee may be waived if there is a rescheduling in place.

  1. Refunds: If a client fails to cancel within the appropriate time or does not show up for the appointment, resulting in a wasted slot, the cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

  1. Rescheduling: I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least at least 48 - 72 hours in advance.
