For the 20th Anniversary of Five Spot, a 3000sqft parking garage was converted into sister venue Armstead Exchange, dedicated the alternative space to fine arts and entrepreneurship. The three-day event included day and night activities: a curated exhibition and artist's market, followed by spoken word and musical performances.
